The process from apprentice
to professional technician:
You will begin your journey at 1Clean Air as an apprentice in your local market. From there you will train with your local market manager and technicians out in the field for about 4 to 6 weeks.
You will learn the ins & outs of; [air duct and dryer vent cleaning] or [carpet, tile, and grout cleaning], sales, and maintenance with some of the best technicians in the field. During this time, you will begin to build upon the skills that you have acquired during apprenticeship.
If successful during the apprenticeship process, you will finish your training at our main training center. Once you complete this process you will graduate to a junior technician. Then you will perform your duties as a technician in the market you chose to work in.
