1 Clean Air / 1 Air Pur holds a valid licence issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ 5671-7564-01).
Our licence authorizes specialized work such as excavation, masonry, insulation and exterior finishes, doors and windows, finishing, special installations, and intercommunication systems, under the Building Act (CQLR c. B-1.1).
However, our licence does not include subclasses reserved for plumbing, heating, natural-gas, propane, or other mechanical systems governed by the Master Pipe-Mechanics Act (CQLR c. M-4) and administered by the Corporation des maîtres mécaniciens en tuyauterie du Québec (CMMTQ).
All CMMTQ-regulated work — including plumbing, heating, gas, ventilation, and refrigeration — is performed exclusively by our licensed partner, AP Heating and Ventilation Ltd. (RBQ 5863-6085-01), which holds the appropriate specialized subclasses recognized by both the RBQ and CMMTQ.
1 Clean Air / 1 Air Pur complies fully with Québec laws by ensuring that all regulated mechanical and building work is executed by duly licensed professionals.
