About this program
2858-2666 Québec Inc., doing business as 1 Clean Air, sends text messages to customers who have opted in, to help them manage their service appointments.
Types of messages
- Appointment confirmations (date, time window and service address)
- Instructions to prepare for your visit
- Technician arrival updates and delay notices
- Rescheduling requests and available time slots
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments. You will typically receive up to 4 messages per scheduled service.
How to opt in
You can opt in when you book online at https://1cleanair.ca/get-a-quote-book-online/. At step 2 of the booking form (Contact), check the box “Receive text messages about appointment”.
This box is optional and unchecked by default: you can book a service without agreeing to receive text messages.
The consent box reads: “By checking this box, you agree to receive text messages at the number provided related to your request, appointment updates and notifications, including messages sent by the autodialer. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and Data Rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may unsubscribe to stop receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP. Text HELP for customer care information.”
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling (613) 612-4828.
